Core the apples. Then cut the apples into 3-5mm wide slices.
Mix flour, eggs and salt. Gradually add milk so that a smooth dough is formed.
Heat a large frying pan with clarified butter or frying oil.
Pull the apple slices through the dough, let the dough drip off briefly. Then fry in the hot fat until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with powdered sugar.
