Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grease and flour the baking pan and assemble it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Place the pan on a baking tray.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk or in a stand mixer. The dough should be smooth and without lumps.
Pour the batter into the pan. Place the tray on a lower level in the oven so that the lamb is roughly centered in the oven.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Use a wooden skewer to check if the lamb is done!
Let the lamb cool in the mold.
